AFTER//LIFE begins with two original works made slowly, by hand. Their meeting opens a passage between worlds: not a replacement of the physical, but a continuation of its story.
02 / THE PASSAGE
Not simply an animation.
A transition between two independently imagined spaces. Forms dissolve, details persist, and a new reality emerges from the tension between memory and change.
The moving artwork emerges from two original hand-drawn worlds.

Time is part of the medium.
Months of traditional drawing precede the digital transition. The paper holds the marks, revisions and decisions that give the moving image its foundation.
